E-COATING PROCESS.
E-coat systems can deliver a wide range of lacquer and paint finishes with a combination of state-of-the-art performance and decorative effects. The Tundra Bumpers can last for 100 hours during the salt spray test which is equivalently to have a  corrosion capacity. The product percent of pass reaches 100% after the salt spray test.

INSTALLATION.
For ease of installation, We built this Tundra Rear Bumper with a bolt-on design. To install this bumper, you’ll be needing a few basic hand tools. No major modifications are required. this is not a terribly difficult installation, with the exception of the size of the bumper. You may need a friend or a way to lift it.
